Academic Excellence Manager

You will be joining Ratna Sagar, a renowned publishing house in India, as an Academic Excellence Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the academic strategy for an ed-tech product focused on enhancing literacy and numeracy skills. Your core responsibilities will include developing and delivering training programs for academic coordinators, school leaders, and teachers to ensure effective implementation of the program in schools. You will also provide ongoing support to teachers, address queries, and collaborate with internal teams to create engaging training materials. Additionally, you will conduct training sessions for sales teams, lead curriculum development efforts, collaborate with content developers and subject matter experts, and establish quality assurance processes to maintain the academic integrity and effectiveness of educational products. Analyzing data to gather insights on learner performance, staying updated on education and technology trends, and ensuring alignment with educational standards are also key aspects of this role. To excel in this position, you should possess a positive attitude, 3-5 years of teaching or teacher training experience, willingness to travel, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities. Preferred qualifications include experience in curriculum development, familiarity with educational technology trends, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.,
