Academic Manager

Location: Gurugram ( Please note we are looking for candidates based out of Delhi/NCR )

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee K12 curriculum implementation and alignment with experiential pedagogy
• Lead school-wide professional development and teacher-facing reflection models
• Conduct regular lesson observations and hold structured feedback/coaching sessions
• Monitor board results and tracking data to identify trends and intervention areas
• Liaise with leadership teams, heads, and departments to define academic goals and milestones
• Design & execute internal audits, robust formative assessments, and diagnostic tools

Essentials: Must-Haves

• Min. 7-8 years in K12 education

  with experience in academic leadership or instructional design
• Proven track record in

  teacher training, classroom observation, and academic/data analysis

• Skilled in

  development of experiential/studentcentred learning design

• Able to

  synthesize student outcome data

  and

  drive continuous improvement

• Excellent

  written/verbal communication and collaboration

  skills
