As the Academic Director at Digital Nest School of Business, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experience and career readiness of students. Your primary focus will be on Marketing Instruction, Communication & Placement Readiness Training, Instructor & Team Management, Student Engagement & Clubs, and Examination & Academic Coordination. Key Responsibilities: - Marketing Instruction: - Teach core Marketing concepts rooted in academic frameworks and industry relevance. - Help students develop foundational knowledge in consumer behavior, branding, market research, and strategy. - Utilize engaging methods like case studies and project-based learning for practical application. - Communication & Placement Readiness Training: - Conduct training programs in Spoken English, Communication Skills, Interview Etiquette, and Presentation Skills. - Design content to build confidence and articulation for professional success. - Instructor & Team Management: - Lead and mentor instructors, fostering academic excellence and accountability. - Evaluate performance, provide training, and enhance delivery quality. - Student Engagement & Clubs: - Supervise student-led clubs, promoting leadership and collaborative learning. - Guide students in organizing educational events and activities. - Examination & Academic Coordination: - Ensure smooth assessment planning, execution, and reporting. - Maintain academic discipline and adhere to institutional standards. Qualifications Required: - Outstanding English communication skills. - Minimum 5 years of academic or training experience. - Expertise in Marketing education and Communication Skill Development. - Strong leadership capabilities and collaborative working style. - Masters degree in Marketing, English, Business Communication, Education, or related field (PhD preferred).
