Academic Course Coordinator in Delhi, Gurgaon

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive academic course coordinator to manage and support the academic operations for our NDA, CUET, and BPSC exam preparation courses. The candidate will be responsible for scheduling, faculty coordination, student support, and ensuring the smooth delivery of academic content. This role demands excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple academic tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule academic calendars, lectures, tests, and course milestones.
• Coordinate with subject experts and faculty to ensure timely course delivery.
• Monitor student attendance, performance, and address academic queries.
• Handle day-to-day academic operations for the assigned segments (NDA, CUET, BPSC).
• Assist in the development and maintenance of course materials and content.
• Collect feedback from students and faculty to ensure continuous improvement.
• Maintain strong communication between students, parents, and teachers.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly academic reports.
• Support in organizing mock tests, doubt sessions, and exam strategies.
• Ensure compliance with Vidyakul's academic standards and policies.
