Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Academic Coordinator & Student Counselor to join our growing team. This hybrid role involves managing academic operations while offering personalized guidance and support to students in their academic and career journey.

Key Responsibilities Academic Coordination

• Plan and oversee academic schedules, timetables, and course logistics.
• Coordinate with trainers/instructors and monitor class delivery quality.
• Ensure syllabus coverage, student attendance, and feedback collection.
• Maintain academic records and help with student performance tracking.

Student Counseling

• Counsel prospective and enrolled students on academic programs and career options.
• Provide support for academic planning, exam preparation, and emotional well-being.
• Handle student inquiries and follow-ups via phone, email, and walk-ins.
• Facilitate onboarding, orientation, and student engagement activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience in academic administration or counseling (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle students with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
• Proficiency in basic computer tools (MS Office, Google Workspace).
• Fluent in English and Malayalam.
