Role Overview

Academic Counsellors

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents on Vedantu’s learning programs through calls, virtual meetings or face-to-face interactions.
• Understand student requirements, learning goals, and recommend suitable courses.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and follow up with leads effectively.
• Build trust and long-term relationships with students and parents.
• Participate in training sessions and continuous upskilling to improve sales productivity.

Requirements

• Any graduate

  (Preferred: B.Com / BBA / BA / B.Sc / MBA / PGDM, etc.)

• Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude are welcome.

• 1–3 years of experience in

  B2C Sales / Customer Service / Tele-sales / Academic counselling

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Hindi language)
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
