Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Counselor located in Gurugram. The Academic Counselor will be responsible for providing student counseling, career counseling, and academic advising. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating students' academic progress, developing personalized educational plans, advising on course selections, and supporting students in achieving their academic and career goals. The counselor will also communicate effectively with students, faculty, and parents to ensure a supportive and productive educational environment.

Qualifications

• Communication and Academic Advising skills
• Understanding of educational systems and processes
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Gurugram
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proven experience in a similar role is preferred
