Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Counselor located in Hyderabad. The Academic Counselor will be responsible for providing student counseling, career counseling, and academic advising. Day-to-day tasks will include guiding students on course selections, addressing educational queries, and helping to plan their academic and career paths. The counselor will also ensure students are aware of all resources and support available to them and will track their progress to ensure they achieve their educational goals.

Qualifications

• Skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
• Excellent Communication skills
• Experience in Academic Advising
• Background in Education or related field
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse student populations
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field
• Experience in the educational or counseling sector is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
