Academic Counselor

Responsibilities:
Answering phones and explaining the services offered by My Mentor.
Contacting existing students as well as prospective students using data.
Obtaining student’s information and other relevant data.
Asking questions to the students and understanding their specifications.
Resolving queries and issues related to the services.
Maintaining the database of the students on a regular basis.
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Great communication skills.
Hard-working individual.
Work Experience:
0-1 year
Remuneration as per industry standards.
