CTC Range: 25k – 30 K

Work Timing: Monday – Saturday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Academic Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a strong desire to support students in their academic and career development. The Academic Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance, support, and resources to help students achieve their academic and professional goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Discussing career and educational goals with students.

Aiding in the course selection process to ensure progress toward student goals.

Displaying an interest in student development.

Identifying student strengths and weaknesses.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of institutional policies.

Using a Lead management solution to keep a record of the lead progress

Assist students in course registration.

Take end-to-end responsibility for student experience and ensure that their queries are handled & resolved immediately through emails, phone calls, etc.

Counsel students regarding educational issues such as course and program selection, class scheduling, study habits, and career planning.

collect course feedback from students and pass on this feedback to the head of the department and Academic Head.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s/ Masters degree preferred.

• Previous experience in academic advising or counseling, preferably within a higher education setting.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and colleagues.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Knowledge of the fashion and design industries is a plus.
