Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Academic Counselor cum Office Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students through course selections and career opportunities, while also handling essential administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Academic Counseling:

• Guide students and parents about available courses, career options, and enrollment procedures.
• Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
• Maintain records of inquiries, conversions, and student feedback.
• Assist in student onboarding and document verification.
• Counsel walk-in and online inquiries effectively and professionally.

Office Administration:

• Manage front-desk activities including welcoming visitors and attending to calls.
• Maintain office records, files, and stationery.
• Coordinate with departments for scheduling classes, sessions, and events.
• Prepare daily reports, attendance logs, and student records.
• Support in organizing seminars, events, and training programs.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in academic counseling and/or office administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in English and Malayalam.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
