We are seeking a motivated and student-oriented Academic Counselor to join our EdTech team. The role involves counseling prospective learners, understanding their career goals, and guiding them toward the right training programs. Candidates with one year of experience in EdTech are preferred; however, energetic and enthusiastic freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Counsel prospective students via phone calls, virtual meetings, and follow-ups
Handle and nurture leads from various sources
Drive student enrollments and achieve assigned targets
Maintain accurate records of interactions using CRM tools
Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth student onboarding
Fluency in Malayalam (mandatory)
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport and guide students effectively
Target-driven, proactive, and eager to learn
Candidates with 0–1 year of experience in EdTech / academic counseling
Fresh graduates who are energetic, confident, and career-focused
