Role Description

The Academic Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students in their academic and career pursuits. Daily tasks include one-on-one student counseling sessions, assisting with career planning, offering academic advice, and creating tailored education plans. The counselor will also collaborate with faculty and staff to support student success and conduct workshops or presentations as needed. This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Student Counseling and Academic Advising
Strong skills in Communication and Career Counseling
Experience or knowledge in the field of Education
Empathetic, approachable, and able to work effectively with diverse student populations
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
Familiarity with educational systems and career development tools is advantageous
