Responsibilities & Duties:

• Counsel and guide students regarding the Hospital Administration course.
• Understand learners’ career goals and recommend suitable solutions.
• Clearly explain course features, structure, and career outcomes.
• Convert leads into enrollments through effective follow-ups.
• Meet monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
• Maintain records of counselling sessions and admissions.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduates from any stream.

• 1–5 years of proven experience

  in Academic Counselling / EdTech / Course Selling.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in Malayalam (mandatory),

  with basic proficiency in English.
• Kerala-based candidates preferred.
• Only candidates with prior

  EdTech/course sales experience

  will be considered.
