Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Counsellor, located in Korba. The Academic Counsellor will provide educational guidance and counseling to students, helping them make informed decisions about their academic and career paths. Responsibilities include one-on-one student consultations, developing personalized education plans, conducting workshops and seminars, and staying updated on education trends and curriculum changes. The role also involves collaborating with faculty and providing support to students facing academic challenges.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in academic counseling and career guidance
• Ability to develop personalized education plans and strategies
• Knowledge of the education system and curriculum in India
• Proficiency in conducting workshops and seminars
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
• Experience in the education sector is a plus
