As an Academic Counsellor at Bhrighu Academy, an EdTech initiative by the Popular Group, you will be pivotal in guiding students towards academic success and shaping future-ready learners. Your role will involve providing personalized academic guidance, tracking student performance, conducting regular check-ins, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and planning student success sessions, webinars, and workshops. Key Responsibilities: - Provide personalized academic guidance and career counselling - Track student performance and offer data-driven support plans - Conduct regular check-ins to enhance engagement and retention - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive improved learning outcomes - Plan and host student success sessions, webinars, and workshops Qualifications & Skills Required: - Any Bachelors degree - 2+ years of experience in academic counselling - Experience in Study Abroad Programs is a must - Proficiency in CRM tools and digital learning platforms - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills If you are passionate about student success and want to work in a dynamic learning environment, Bhrighu Academy welcomes immediate joiners like you.
