Academic Counsellor(Female)-Fresher

Job Responsibilities

• · Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
• · Explain Cb tech education programs and offerings.
• · Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• · Maintain call logs and update CRM or lead tracking sheets.
• · Meet daily/weekly calling targets and report performance.

Eligibility & Qualifications

• · Minimum Qualification: Graduate
• · Freshers and Experienced can apply
• · Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
• · Knowledge of regional languages is an advantage.
• · Basic computer skills and familiarity with tools like Excel, WhatsApp, and CRM.
• · Good persuasion, active listening, and patience.

• Ability to connect and build rapport with students and parents
• Strong self-motivation and goal orientation
• Adaptability to fast-paced, target-driven environments
• Proficiency in Malayalam is preferred; fluency in English is an added advantage
• Experience: 0–2 years in enrolment, counselling, sales, or advisory roles (Freshers are encouraged to apply)
• Track Record: Experience in meeting sales or enrolment targets is advantageous

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
