Job Description

You will be working as an Academic Counsellor at upGrad Learning Centres in Belgaum, Karnataka. Your main responsibility will be to guide learners, understand their career aspirations, suggest suitable programs, and assist them throughout the admission process. This role is crucial for generating revenue and is primarily centred around counselling at physical learning centres. Your key responsibilities will include: - Counselling potential learners through calls, centre visits, and video sessions. - Identifying learner requirements and recommending appropriate upGrad programs. - Converting leads into admissions and meeting monthly enrolment goals. - Managing the complete sales process from initial inquiry to enrolment and providing post-sales support. - Maintaining customer relationship management (CRM) records and monitoring performance metrics. - Collaborating with centre teams to ensure a seamless learner experience. To qualify for this position, you should have: - A graduate degree with 1-2 years of experience in B2C or consultative sales, preferably in the EdTech sector. - Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities. - The capacity to work towards targets and handle multiple responsibilities effectively. - Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
