Job Description

We are hiring!!

Academic Counsellor

Key Responsibilities

Interact with prospective students and parents to understand their
academic and learning needs
.
Counsel and guide
them in selecting the most suitable courses and educational programs.
Achieve monthly
enrollment and revenue targets
.
Maintain and update student leads and progress in the
CRM
for seamless follow-ups and reporting.
Build
long-term relationships
with students and families to encourage repeat engagement and generate referrals.

What We're Looking For

Mandatory:
Experience in
Sales or Customer Service/Support
(This background is highly valued).
Educational Background:

MBA freshers
with excellent communication skills.
OR
minimum 1 year of EdTech sales/counselling experience.
Only graduates
can apply.

Language Skills:

English & Hindi Mandatory
.
Strong interpersonal and
negotiation skills
.
Self-motivated with a
results-driven attitude
and a commitment to achieving goals.
Passion for education and helping students succeed.
Immediate Joiners preferred.

Perks & Benefits

Salary Package:

For Experienced Candidates:
35,000 to 41,000 per month, depending on the interview and last drawn salary,
plus attractive performance incentives
.
For Freshers:
28,000 to 30,000 take home per month,
plus attractive performance incentives
.
