Role Overview

Admission Counselor / Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert leads through inbound inquiries, outbound calls, and email communication
  
• Achieve individual admission and revenue targets
  
• Understand student needs and recommend suitable academic programs
  
• Counsel students and parents on course details, eligibility, admissions process, and timelines
  
• Close enrollments and meet quarterly sales quotas
  
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups using CRM systems
  
• Assist applicants with documentation and application-related requirements
  
• Ensure smooth coordination and timely communication throughout the admissions cycle
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong sales orientation with the ability to work in a target-driven environment
  
• Proven experience in lead conversion and inside sales
  
• Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills
  
• Ability to empathize and build trust with students and parents
  
• Experience working with CRM tools
  
• Fluency in

  English and Hindi

• Education:

  Any Graduate (mandatory)
