Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Academic counselor to join our team.The ideal candidate will guide students throughout their learning journey-from inquiry to enrollment,ensuring they receive the best academic and career advice .

Key Responsibilities:-

Counsel prospective students via phone,email and in-person meetings
Provide detailed information about courses,curriculum and career opportunities.
Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs.
Assist student through the admission and enrollment process.
Maintain regular contact with enrolled students for academic support.
Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to achieve admission targets.
Manage leads and inquiries using CRM tools

Qualifications & Skills:-

Bachelor's degree
1 year of experience in academic counselling,admissions or sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowlegde of digital marketing concepts and interest in AI applications is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
