You will play a vital role in guiding students and parents about our educational programs and helping them make informed decisions. Your goal will be to convert leads into enrollments through effective communication and counselling. Key Responsibilities: Counsel students and parents regarding course offerings, career paths, and enrollment process Make outbound calls and follow up on inquiries and leads Understand students’ needs and suggest suitable courses Achieve monthly targets for admissions and revenue Maintain detailed records of student interactions and progress Coordinate with the academic and support teams for smooth onboarding Stay updated with program details and industry trends Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales or academic counselling preferred Freshers with excellent communication and persuasion skills are encouraged to apply Bachelor's degree in any discipline Female candidate preferred.
