Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Guide students in selecting suitable courses, programs, and career paths based on their interests and academic background.
Handle student queries through calls, emails, and in-person meetings with a confident and professional approach.
Maintain updated knowledge of academic programs, admission procedures, and career opportunities.
Counsel students and parents regarding academic planning, career options, and future scope.
Achieve admission/registration targets by providing accurate information and building trust with students.
Coordinate with faculty and administration to ensure smooth admission and orientation processes.
Maintain records of counseling sessions and prepare reports for management.

Skills & Qualities Required:

Smart, confident, and well-groomed personality.
Strong communication & interpersonal skills (English/Hindi/regional language).
Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
Good presentation & convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Goal-oriented with problem-solving attitude.
