Job Description

1. Handle inbound and outbound enquiries (walk-ins, calls, emails, and digital leads) and convert them into confirmed admissions.
2. Achieve monthly and quarterly admission & revenue targets as assigned by management.
3. Provide accurate information to students and working professionals regarding courses, eligibility, fees, and career prospects.
4. Conduct career counselling sessions and participate in seminars, webinars, and hospital awareness events for lead generation.
5. Maintain timely follow-up with potential candidates through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
6. Maintain enquiry-to-admission data and update CRM/Excel trackers on a daily basis.
7. Coordinate with the academic and finance teams for smooth admission, documentation, and fee processing.
8. Assist in developing and executing marketing and promotional activities for Shalby Academy programs.
9. Ensure high standards of professionalism and counselling ethics while dealing with students and parents.
10. Prepare and submit daily/weekly MIS reports and target achievement status to the reporting manager.
