Job Description

Role Overview: As an Admissions Counselor (or Sales & Outreach Executive) at our company, your primary responsibility will be to convert potential leads into enrollments by engaging with prospective students. You will be expected to conduct outbound calls, follow up with leads through various channels, understand student needs, recommend suitable courses, address inquiries, maintain a lead database, and achieve enrollment targets through persuasive communication. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound calls to prospective students and provide information on program offerings. - Follow up with leads via calls, emails, and in-person consultations. - Understand the needs of students and suggest appropriate academic programs. - Address inquiries related to admissions, fees, and program details. - Keep track of leads in a database and monitor conversion progress. - Meet enrollment targets through effective communication and persuasion. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field. - Demonstrated experience in sales, telemarketing, or academic counseling. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Proactive work approach. Additional Details: The company offers health insurance benefits and a performance bonus. The work schedule includes day shifts with weekend availability. The work location is in person. Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position suitable for fresher candidates as well.
