Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Admissions Counselor (or Sales & Outreach Executive) to convert potential leads into enrollments through cold calling, direct consulting, and follow-ups. The ideal candidate will engage with prospective students, understand their needs, and guide them toward suitable academic programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective students and explain program offerings.
  • Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and in-person consultations.
  • Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses.
  • Address inquiries about admissions, fees, and program details.
  • Maintain a database of leads and track conversion progress.
  • Achieve enrollment targets through persuasive communication.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in telemarketing or academic counseling.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work proactively.
  • Minimum 1 year experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
