Academic Counsellors

Key Responsibilities

• Handle

  inbound enquiries and calls

  from students and parents
• Provide accurate counselling about courses, exam patterns, fees, and learning methodology
  
• Convert enquiries and

  cold calls into admissions

  through effective persuasion
• Maintain follow-ups and ensure high conversion rates
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students
  
• Work collaboratively with the academic and sales teams to achieve targets
  

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong

  communication, presentation, and convincing skills

• Good knowledge of

  competitive exams

  (TNPSC, TNUSRB, SSC, RRB, TET, etc.)
• Excellent counselling and negotiation abilities
  
• Positive attitude with a passion for teamwork
  
• Target-driven and self-motivated
  

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Qualification:

  Post Graduation in

  Science / Maths / Management disciplines

  or

  Engineering

  from a reputed institution

• Experience:

• Relevant experience in an education counselling profile is an added advantage
  

• Freshers are also encouraged to apply

• Gender Preference:

  Female candidates preferred

• Location Preference:

  Candidates must be from

  Chennai only

Work Schedule

• Working Hours:

  10:00 AM to 8:00 PM / 09:00 AM to 7:00 PM
