Job Title: Academic Counsellor (Admissions) Department: Admissions Department Job Type: Flexible Hours Mode: Work From Home About the Role: We are looking for passionate and motivated Academic Counsellors to join our Admissions team. You will be responsible for guiding potential students through the enrollment process for our EdTech courses. Using the leads provided, you will connect with students, address their queries, and help them make informed decisions about their academic journey. Key Responsibilities: Connect with potential students via WhatsApp or phone calls using leads provided. Share program details, clarify queries, and explain the benefits of the course. Motivate students to enroll by providing clear guidance on the admission process. Maintain accurate records of all interactions and admissions. Collaborate with the admissions team to achieve targets. Skills & Qualifications: Minimum Qualification: +2 or Higher Experience: 1 year or more in admissions, counselling, or a related field (preferred). Strong communication, persuasive, and collaborative skills. Comfortable handling WhatsApp and basic tech tools. What We Offer Flexible Work Hours – Set your own schedule.
