We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-driven Sales Counsellor to join our team! As a key member of the sales and admissions team, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward the right solutions or services offered by our organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to prospective leads through calls, emails, or in-person meetings.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate programs/services.
Maintain follow-up communication and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales in CRM tools.
Provide post-sales support and ensure client satisfaction.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for better lead conversion.
