Job Description

Position: Academic Counselor

Location: Vyttila Kochin
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (based on experience) + Attractive Incentives
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply)
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Job Responsibilities:

Provide academic guidance and counseling to students regarding courses, career options, and admissions.
Handle student inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins.
Counsel students and parents on program selection based on interests and goals.
Maintain updated knowledge of course details, admission procedures, and educational trends.
Achieve admission and conversion targets set by the management.
Follow up with prospective students and maintain a database of inquiries.
Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth student onboarding.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation and convincing abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and online communication tools.
Positive attitude and result-oriented approach.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
