Job Description

Job Summary:

Online Academic Counselor

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with prospective students via phone, email, chat, and video calls.
Understand students' academic backgrounds, career goals, and learning preferences.
Provide detailed information on available courses, certifications, and programs.
Guide students through the enrollment process, addressing questions about course content, eligibility, fees, and schedules.
Maintain follow-up communication to ensure successful enrollment and satisfaction.
Meet or exceed monthly enrollment and conversion targets.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and student data in the CRM.
Collaborate with marketing and academic teams for continuous improvement.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain academic concepts clearly to a diverse audience.
Customer-focused with a solution-driven mindset.
Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
