Role Overview

Academic Counsellor

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations & program delivery
•  Counsel students and manage admissions
•  Coordinate internships, placements & industry partnerships
•  Support academic pathways, student mobility & exchange initiatives
•  Organize and promote events, workshops & brand activities
•  Mentor students and drive program engagement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Education, Management, or Engineering
•  1–4 years’ experience in academic counselling or training management
•  Strong communication, organizational & mentoring skills
•  Interest in international education and technology-driven learning

Engagement Details

• Type: Full-time
•  Compensation: Based on experience and qualifications
•  Location: IICT India Training Centre, Kochi, Kerala
•  Start Date: Immediate or as agreed
