Role Overview

Academic Counselors

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents regarding Pregrads academic programs.
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
Convert inquiries into enrollments through effective communication and persuasion.
Maintain follow-ups with leads to ensure successful admissions.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Build strong relationships with students and provide post-enrollment support when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Freshers are welcome; prior experience in counseling/sales is a plus.
Strong communication skills in
Hindi & English
(mandatory).
Proficiency in
Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada
.
Excellent
convincing, negotiation, and objection handling
skills.
Sales-driven attitude with the ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Bachelors degree (any discipline).
