About Us
Finishing School India, the educational division of ENS Associates, is dedicated to empowering students through skill-based and academic development programs. We are seeking passionate and dynamic Academic Counsellors to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
Provide academic counselling to students and parents regarding courses, programs, and career pathways
Handle student inquiries (walk-ins, calls, messages) and maintain systematic follow-ups
Assist the admissions process, documentation, and onboarding
Maintain strong communication and relationships with students
Participate in promotional and outreach activities when required
Work closely with the academic and administrative teams to support daily operations
Eligibility Criteria
Female candidates only
Age up to 30 years
Preferably Graduate candidates
Minimum 6 months experience in the education industry preferred
Freshers with excellent communication skills will also be considered
Candidates staying near Perinthalmanna preferred
Key Skills Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Pleasant personality and student-friendly approach
Ability to work in a structured environment
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
