Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Counsellor at Aimlay Pvt Ltd, located in Delhi. The Academic Counsellor will be responsible for providing student counseling, career counseling, and academic advising. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with students, understanding their educational and professional aspirations, and guiding them through appropriate academic pathways. Additionally, the role involves developing educational plans, assisting with course selections, and monitoring student progress.

Qualifications: Experience in Edtech Sales/ UG/PG/PHD Sales

• Contact prospective customers through inbound leads follow up on calls and emails(leads are provided).
• Converting the leads via Outbound calls 
• Explaining the services and converting the provided leads into Sales.
• Experience in the education industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
