Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Counselor based in New Delhi. The Academic Counselor will provide guidance and support to students by conducting counseling sessions, understanding their educational and career goals, and advising them on suitable courses and programs. Additional responsibilities include assisting in career planning, facilitating academic decision-making, and addressing students' concerns to ensure their success and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
• Strong Communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with students
• Skills in Academic Advising and guiding students in academic or career pathways
• Knowledge of Education systems and best practices for counseling in academic settings
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Experience in a counseling role or educational environment is preferred
