Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Admission Counsellor who can guide students and parents regarding various courses and manage walk-in enquiries while handling limited front-desk responsibilities.

Key ResponsibilitiesAdmissions & Counselling

• Handle student and parent enquiries through walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, and online platforms.
• Provide clear and accurate information about available courses (PG-TRB, TET, TNPSC, Polytechnic, Online/Offline coaching).
• Counsel students to help them choose the right course based on their academic and career goals.
• Explain course details including fees, syllabus, duration, and admission procedures.
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed admissions.
• Maintain enquiry records, admission forms, and basic student data.

Front-Desk Duties (Limited)

• Attend to walk-in enquiries and guide visitors through the counselling process.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming front-desk environment.
• Handle basic information calls when required.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
• Friendly, confident, and positive attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email).
• Ability to explain course details clearly and handle students and parents politely.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
