Job Description

Classroom Status Observe classrooms(both Preschool & Daycare) periodically to understand status of each classroom Resolve issues raised during audit for classroom observations Lead/Assist training needs identified to address any gaps in product delivery in classrooms Get trained from Academic team on any changes to implement further in the classrooms Assist/Coordinate with Academic Team to plan and deliver Organization level trainings (eg. BOY/Mid Year Trainings) Do periodic checks of the Teacher Planners (both Preschool & Daycare) Learning Levels Track Learning Levels across schools based on the monthly report Derive insights and actionables based on the learning levels report Help schools implement diagnostics to identify correct learning levels of the incumbent children Look & Feel Conduct periodic check of the Look & Feel of schools Get Look & Feel issues raised during audits resolved with quick TAT Evidences Upload Track evidence uploads weekly Do periodic quality checks of the evidences uploaded Do periodic checks of the daycare updates Parent Engagement Ensure all parent engagement events are executed as per plan share by Academic Team Ensure timely communication with parents regarding any parent engagement events Track attendance of parents during PTMs and other parent engagement events Ensure the attendance is high Lead/Assist in plan and execution of large scale parent events eg. Field Day, Annual Day, Showcase Training Lead/assist induction training of new teachers Understand training needs of teachers, helpers Lead need based teacher trainings at school level
