Job Title: Academic Coordinator

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, On Saturday(WFH) | 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM

We are looking for a dynamic Academic Coordinator to join our team and ensure the smooth functioning of our academic operations.

Experience:

Fresher to 1 year of experience person can apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and organize daily classes for different subjects and tutors.
Coordinate with students and parents to address academic queries, concerns, and updates.
Ensure tutors adhere to their scheduled working hours and academic delivery standards.
Maintain effective communication between tutors, students, and management.
Monitor academic progress and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Support the academic team in planning, reporting, and implementing new initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (Education/Management preferred).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Prior experience in academic coordination or administration will be an added advantage.
