Academic Coordinator Team Lead

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Team Lead – Academic Operations who will be responsible for overseeing the daily academic coordination and ensuring the smooth functioning of academic schedules, student support, and internal academic processes. This role demands strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills to lead a small team and support both faculty and students effectively. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise the academic operations team to ensure seamless day-to-day functioning. Actively engage with students and staff to address academic queries, concerns, and issues in a timely manner. Plan, publish, and monitor academic dashboards including class schedules, exam calendars, and result announcements. Coordinate and follow up on deadlines for coursework submission, internal assessments, moderation, and related documentation. Liaise with the Branch Head, faculty, and other departments to ensure smooth delivery of academic sessions. Oversee distribution of study materials, academic circulars, and relevant student communication. Ensure timely collection and verification of student documentation as per academic and institutional requirements. Maintain data accuracy and documentation integrity for all academic operations. Motivate and guide the team to meet academic KPIs and service standards. Qualifications & Experience: Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline. Minimum 2+ years of experience in academic coordination, student support, or a similar administrative role. Prior team management experience preferred.
