Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Patna for the role of Academic Coordinator (Play School). The Academic Coordinator will be responsible for designing and implementing age-appropriate curricula, supporting educators in their daily instructional strategies, and monitoring the overall academic progress of students. The role also involves regular academic advising, coordinating with teachers and parents, and conducting research to ensure educational approaches are updated and effective. Collaboration and communication with all stakeholders will be essential in maintaining a nurturing and effective learning environment.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Education and Curriculum Development
• Proficiency in Communication and Academic Advising
• Experience in conducting Research and applying findings to enhance educational programs
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators, students, and parents
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
• Experience in early childhood education or curriculum development
• Passion for transforming early childhood education through creativity and excellence
