Facilitate communication between trainers, clients, and other stakeholders. Support recruitment and hiring processes for academic staff. Conduct quality analysis and provide feedback for continuous improvement. Utilize Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting. Deliver training sessions and workshops as needed. Implement effective strategies for program enhancement and stakeholder engagement. Qualifications and Requirements 2-9 years of experience in academic coordination or related fields. Strong skills in project and team coordination. Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights. Experience in training delivery and effective implementation of programs.
