Academic Coordinator

Job Description: As a Junior Academic Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all academic batches on a daily basis. Your main tasks will include allotting batches to students based on the batch mode (Weekdays Batch / Weekend Batch), managing operational activities, coordinating with faculty and students, and overseeing the academic life cycle of each student. You must maintain unbiased behavior towards team members, possess problem-solving skills, and be open to implementing new ideas or suggestions. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure the smooth running of academic batches daily - Allocate batches to students based on batch mode - Manage operational activities and institute life-cycle - Coordinate with faculty, students, and management - Solve problems and handle any other tasks assigned by management Skills Required: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work independently and in a team - Positive attitude towards learning and challenges - Strong time management skills - Preferably from the education industry This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The ideal candidate should be an immediate joiner and must be fluent in English. The work location is in person at South Extension, Delhi.,
