Experience: 3–5 years
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Academic Coordinator to manage academic operations, ensure smooth delivery of programs, and support faculty and students. The candidate will play a key role in scheduling, documentation, and communication between academic departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage daily academic schedules, timetables, and classroom allocations.
• Coordinate between faculty, students, and administrative staff for academic matters.
• Maintain attendance, student performance records, and course completion data.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of examinations, assessments, and grading.
• Monitor curriculum delivery and ensure compliance with academic policies.
• Organize workshops, guest lectures, and other academic events.
• Handle student queries and provide academic guidance when required.
• Prepare academic reports for management and accreditation bodies.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic ERP systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail with multitasking capabilities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
