Job Title: Academic Coordinator Location: Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh Education: Bachelor’s Degree (B.Ed or Master’s degree preferred) Experience: 5–10 years Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month Gender Preference: Female Job Description: We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Female Academic Coordinator to oversee the academic operations and curriculum implementation in our institution located in Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh . The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid academic background, and the ability to coordinate effectively with faculty, students, and parents. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the daily academic operations of the school/college. Ensure the curriculum is implemented effectively in alignment with the academic goals. Monitor lesson planning, classroom delivery, and teacher performance. Conduct regular academic audits, classroom observations, and performance reviews. Organize workshops, training sessions, and development programs for teachers. Prepare academic calendars, schedules, and reports. Coordinate assessments, exams, and result compilation with accuracy and timeliness. Liaise with parents and resolve academic concerns or escalations. Support the school leadership in maintaining academic discipline and quality standards. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; Master’s/B.Ed degree preferred. 5–10 years of proven experience in teaching and/or academic coordination. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Strong organizational and administrative capabilities. Ability to multitask and work under deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office and school ERP systems.
