Technical Requirements: Laptop with camera or external camera with good quality Proper power back up High speed wifi connection of above 50 Mbps Noise-free environment Must known Languages: Tamil and English Work Location : Remote. Basic Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in education is a must. Strong communication and interpersonal skills,including the ability to communicate effectively with students,parents,mentors and managers. Ability to multitask,prioritise,and work in a fast-paced environment. Availability to work on weekends(Saturday and Sunday)as per operational requirements. Key Responsibilities: Conduct intro calls to onboard new students, providing an overview of the platform and answering their initial queries. Coordinate with mentors to ensure effective delivery of educational content. Allocate batch sessions to enrolled students and ensure proper scheduling. Guide students and provide necessary academic support through calls and messages. Motivate and counsel students and parents regularly to ensure engagement and satisfaction. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth student onboarding. Provide timely assistance to students, parents, and mentors regarding any academic issues. Communicate important updates and information to students and parents via phone calls and WhatsApp. Ensure students complete homework and test work assigned by mentors. Track student attendance during live sessions and follow up with students who miss classes. Forward student doubts from WhatsApp to mentors and ensure timely responses. Conduct live test sessions on Sundays and ensure maximum student participation. Follow up with parents of students who consistently miss classes to address concerns. Regularly update process documents to ensure adherence to best practices. Assist the Retention team by coordinating with parents to gather feedback and discuss upskilling opportunities. Conduct welcome calls with students after one week of classes to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement. Coordinate parent-teacher association (PTA) meetings, ensuring proper feedback is gathered from parents, mentors, and coordinators and recorded in a detailed report.
