Planning, directing, and overseeing the operational policies of the organization’s respective zones keeping in mind the rules, initiatives, and goals. Helps the organization execute long-term and short-term plans and directives by implementing the vision, management, and leadership. He will be responsible for the entire operation. The Zonal Officer (ZO) will be a key member reporting only to the Regional Coordinator and Zonal Director. You’ll have to acquire the basic working of the organization, taking care of its diverse operations, so we expect you to be an efficient leader. If you also have excellent people skills, and exemplary work ethics, that will be an added advantage. The goal of the ZO’s position is to secure the functionality of our organization to drive extensive and sustainable growth. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES : 1. Identify training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes, and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments. 2. Design and expand training and development programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual. 3. Work in a team to produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organization. 4. Consider the costs of planned programs and keep within budget. 5. Plan and assess the 'return on investment' of any training or development program. 6. Develop effective induction programs for new staff, apprentices and graduate trainees. 7. Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers. 8. Devise individual learning plans. 9. Conduct appraisals. 10. Produce training materials for in-house courses. 11. Create and/or deliver a range of training using classroom, online and blended learning. 12. Manage the delivery of training and development programs. 13. Ensure that statutory training requirements are met. 14. Evaluate training and development programs. 15. Amend and revise programs as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment. We are looking for a dedicated Accounting and Finance Associate to support the day-to-day financial operations, ensure compliance with donor and government regulations, and manage end-to-end donation tracking and reconciliation. This role is essential for maintaining fiscal discipline and supporting transparent donor reporting. Key Responsibilities: Finance & Accounting Maintain accurate financial records using Tally and Excel Process and record invoices, payments, and staff reimbursements Manage petty cash and day-to-day expense tracking Bank reconciliations, vendor account reconciliation, and journal entries Assist in payroll processing, including statutory deductions (PF, TDS, etc.) Donation Management & Compliance Manage and reconcile donation receipts from multiple sources (bank, online portals, UPI, cheques) Maintain donor database and donation details Generate and issue 80G/10BE donation receipts to all donors on time Prepare and file Form 10BD & 10BE annually as per Income Tax Act requirements Track donations project-wise and ensure fund utilization mapping for reporting Coordinate with the fundraising and communications teams to streamline donor acknowledgment processes Budgeting & Reporting Assist in preparing budgets for programs and proposals Track budget vs. actuals for different projects Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for donors and internal use and external reporting Support in utilization certificates and fund tracking for CSR donors Audit & Statutory Compliance Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, TDS, and other NGO-related regulations Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors for timely audits and documentation Maintain financial documentation as per audit and donor norms Qualifications & Skills: Education: B.Com/M.Com/Accounting or CA Inter Experience: 1–2 years in accounting or finance (experience in nonprofit sector preferred) Skills: Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and cloud-based accounting tools Good understanding of Indian finance compliance Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple financial processes Communication and coordination skills for working with vendors, donors, and teams Integrity, confidentiality, and a strong sense of responsibility Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Application Question(s): Do you have proficiency in English?
