Academic Content Creator - Early Childhood Education, PRT

You will be responsible for creating and curating academic content for pre-primary and primary grades at the school level. Your key responsibilities will include: - Working with experienced in-house Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and creators to develop academic content - Shadowing other team leaders to understand academic script writing templates - Developing hybrid models of learning for Pre-Primary and Primary levels - Creating teacher manuals for Pre-Primary and Primary levels - Conducting English language training sessions - Communicating deadlines, timelines, lead times, and priorities to team members - Planning work schedules in advance in coordination with team members and other leaders Qualifications required for this role: - Expertise with Pre-primary and Primary teaching methodologies at the school level - Proficiency/fluency in the English language (writing, speaking, and reading) - Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in teaching at Pre-Primary and/or Primary level in a school (PRT) - Acute attention to detail - Excellent communication and coordination skills - Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood / Childcare Education is preferred (B. S. ECE) - Diploma in Early Childhood / Childcare Education is preferred - Basic knowledge, skills, and working functionality awareness for Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Strong work ethics and high work quality standards - Bachelor of Arts in English Literature is a plus (BA English) - Knowledge and ability to create hybrid teaching methodologies from various approaches like Montessori Method, Reggio Emilia Approach, Waldorf (Steiner) Education, HighScope Approach, Play-Based Learning, Bank Street Approach, and Pikler Approach Foundation for Ed-Equity is a non-profit organization focused on providing high-quality, relevant educational content and methodologies to educational institutions in India.
