Academic Content Creator - English language

The job is a full-time, on-site position located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. As an Academic Content Creator / Academic Leader - English Language at Foundation for Ed-Equity, you will be required to have a strong command of English language concepts/topics at the school level, including ICSE, CBSE, IB Level, A Level, O Level, AS Level. You should possess full professional proficiency in English language (writing, speaking, and reading) and ideally have 1 to 2 years of experience in teaching English language content at the aforementioned levels. Freshers with an MA in English Literature are also welcome to apply. Attention to detail, excellent communication and coordination skills, and a willingness to relocate to Ahmedabad are essential for this role. A Master's degree in Linguistics or Master of Arts in English Literature is preferred. Basic knowledge and working functionality awareness of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are required. Strong work ethics and high work quality standards are expected from the successful candidate. As part of your responsibilities, you will work closely with experienced in-house Subject Matter Experts to create and curate academic content. You will shadow other team leaders to understand concept progression and academic script writing templates. Creativity, conducting English language training sessions, and effective communication of deadlines and priorities are key aspects of the role. You will also be involved in planning work schedules in coordination with team members and leaders.
