The Centre Head position at our client's academic centre in Bangalore requires a dedicated and visionary individual to lead a passionate team and uphold the mission of providing inclusive and meaningful education. The centre is tailored for children with specific learning disabilities, mild autism, and developmental challenges, based on Montessori principles that offer a structured yet flexible learning environment to accommodate each child's unique pace and potential. As the Centre Head, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and supporting a team of educators. Effective communication with parents, monitoring student attendance, performance, and development, overseeing marketing and outreach initiatives, managing teacher recruitment, and ensuring the efficient daily operations of the centre are key components of this role. Additionally, contributing to the strategic growth of the centre and actively engaging in the daily life of the children are essential responsibilities. The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a school setting or as a Centre Head. A strong passion for working with children with diverse learning needs, coupled with excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills, is highly valued.
